Meet Michelle, one of Think Hub’s current community manager interns. Let’s get to know her more as we interview and ask her about her interests and goals in life.


1. Tell us a bit about yourself.

“My name is Michelle C. Carillaga, an Asian College student taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I’m the type of person that gets shy when meeting new people.”


2. Why do you want to be an intern here?

“The environment of the place is very good. The owner and the manager are very approachable and I get to interact with different people every day which is a good practice for developing my social skill. Also, the place is very convenient since I just live nearby.”


3. What do you know about our company?

“Think Hub is a co-working space that caters to the needs of their customers. The goal of the company is to help freelancers start their career and they also provide a venue for seminars and meetings.”


4. What are your expectations?

“I expect to learn lots of things while being in this establishment but mostly, I want to have good memories with the people I’m working with since having a good relationship makes working worthwhile.”


5. What are your goals after graduation?

“Graduation always comes to mind when you’re in college. Most students get excited by the thought of not going to school anymore and the idea of having a job makes us daydream of the future. But now that I’m one or two more step closer to that day, it makes me scared to be honest because after that, we will enter another stage in our lives that might determine our future. A stage where we will face many rejections and make us doubt about our own capabilities. For my future I want to take those risks so after I graduate I want find a job that suits my personality, where I can grow more as an individual.”


Think Hub has been working with interns for almost a year now. At present, the company is accepting Community Manager Interns and Graphic Designer Interns.
